The offer includes:
- Accommodation in a spacious, modern 5* standard hotel room or a family apartment.
- Stay for children up to 3 years old free of charge (sharing a bed with parents).
- Stay for two children up to 12 years old free of charge (including breakfast).
- Rich Chef’s breakfasts buffet with daily served prosecco. Breakfasts are served in two shifts.
- ENTRY TICKET* to the immersive hall in the Querion amusement park for the projection “Palaces and Gardens of the Karkonosze” (duration about 15 minutes) and unlimited access to the VR zone for each person, including free parking on the park grounds.

- Evenings with live music at Lobby Cafe&Bar every Friday and Saturday.

* Free tickets to the Immersive Art Show are available for direct reservations. Tickets can be collected upon arrival at the hotel reception or tourist information point. Access to attractions depends on availability of dates in Querion - the Hypermedia Amusement Park.
- The hotel organizes guided mountain hikes and walks around Karpacz (according to the schedule).
- In cooperation with travel agencies, Green Mountain organizes coach tours, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
- There is a Fitness Center in the hotel building.
- Green Mountain is a place with sports activities for adults.
- The Wellness Area is located in the 5* hotel building.
- Guests can use the swimming pool, recreational pool with massage stations, heated children's paddling pool, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
- The relaxation zone is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
- Bathrobes are provided in hotel rooms. Apartment guests may use bathrobes during their time in the zone.

* To ensure maximum comfort while using the relaxation zone, please note that the sauna area (textile-free) is available to guests over 16 years old.

- Hotel check-in starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Extension of the hotel stay is possible subject to availability for an additional fee.
