Architectural pearl from Norway
The Wang Temple, also known as Wang Church, is a true architectural gem of Karpacz. This unique wooden temple, built without the use of nails, was transported to Karpacz in the 19th century from Norway, becoming one of the biggest attractions of the region and the oldest structure of its kind in Poland. The temple captivates with its intricate carvings and construction. It is not only a monument but also a continuously functioning Evangelical church. Regular classical and organ music concerts take place here.
Entrance to the Wang Temple grounds requires a fee.
Tickets are sold on site.
The Wang Temple is closed to visitors during services. On Sundays and most holidays, services are held at 10:00 AM. Visiting is possible after 11:30 AM
