* Free tickets to the Immersive Art Show are available for direct bookings. Tickets can be picked up upon arrival at the hotel reception or tourist information point. Availability of the attractions depends on available dates at Querion - the Hypermedia Amusement Park.

- In cooperation with travel agencies, Green Mountain organizes bus tours, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.

- The Wellness Zone is located in the five-star hotel building (21 Sarnia Street, Karpacz).

- The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.
