* Free tickets to the Immersive Art Show are available for direct bookings. Tickets can be collected upon arrival at the hotel reception or tourist information point. The possibility of using the attraction depends on availability at Querion - Hypermedia Amusement Park.
- The hotel organizes guided mountain hikes and walks around Karpacz (according to the schedule).
- In cooperation with travel agencies, Green Mountain organizes coach trips, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
- There is a Fitness Center in the hotel building.
- Green Mountain is a place with sports activities for adults.
- The Wellness Zone is located in the 5* hotel building.
- Guests can use the swimming pool, recreational pool with massage stations, heated children's paddling pool, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
- The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
- Bathrobes are provided in hotel rooms. Apartment guests have the option to use bathrobes while using the zone.

* To ensure the highest comfort during use of the relaxation area, please note that the sauna zone (textile-free) is available to guests over 16 years old.

- The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.
