- Accommodation in a comfortable room with a balcony in a 5* hotel, spacious apartment with a kitchenette or stylish apartment for adults (16+).
- Delicious breakfasts served in a buffet style with drinks, fruits, and sweet pastries. Breakfasts are offered in two shifts.
- Delicious dinners with drinks, fruits, and desserts served in a buffet style.
- Company facial massage or hydrogen cleansing for one adult*.
- Thai sports massage for one adult*.
- Unlimited access to wellness area, saunas and Fitness Center.
- Free fitness classes for adults (according to the schedule).

- The hotel organizes guided mountain trips and walks around Karpacz (according to the schedule).
- In cooperation with the travel agencies Green Mountain, it organizes bus trips, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.

- The Wellness area is located in the 5-star hotel building.
- Guests can enjoy a swimming pool, a recreational pool with massage stations, a heated children's paddling pool, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
- The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
- Bathrobes are provided in hotel rooms. Guests in apartments have the option to use bathrobes while enjoying the area.

* To ensure the greatest comfort while using the relaxation area, we inform that the sauna area (textile-free) is available for guests over 16 years of age.

- The hotel stay begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel stay subject to availability for an additional fee.
