- Accommodation in a spacious, modern 5* hotel room, family apartment or intimate apartment for ages 16+,
- Delicious breakfasts served in buffet style with drinks, fruits, and sweet pastries. Breakfasts take place in two shifts.

- The hotel organizes guided mountain tours and walks around Karpacz (according to schedule).
- In cooperation with the travel agency Green Mountain, it organizes bus trips, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
- There is a Fitness Center in the hotel building.
- The Wellness Zone is located in the 5* hotel building.
- Guests can use the swimming pool, recreational pool with massage stations, children's pool with heated water, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
- The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
- Bathrobes are provided in the hotel rooms. Guests in apartments have the option to use bathrobes while enjoying the area.

* To ensure the greatest comfort while using the relaxation area, we inform that the sauna area (textile-free) is available for Guests over 16 years of age.

- The hotel invites guests to a virtual adventure in the VR room (according to the schedule).

- Green Mountain Hotel 5* and Green Apartments are located in Karpacz, at the foot of the Karkonosze mountains, right by the trail leading to Śnieżka.

- The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel stay subject to availability for an additional fee.
- The hotel complies with standards for the protection of minors.
