- Rich Chef's breakfasts in a buffet style with prosecco served daily. Breakfasts take place in two shifts.
- ENTRY TICKET* to the immersive hall in the amusement park Querion for the screening of “Palaces and Gardens of the Karkonosze” (approximate duration 15 min.) and unlimited access to the VR zone for each person, along with free parking on the park premises.

* Free tickets to the Immersive Art Show are available for direct bookings. Tickets can be collected upon arrival at the hotel reception or the tourist information point. Access to attractions depends on availability of dates at Querion - the Hypermedia Amusement Park.

- Bathrobes are provided in the hotel rooms. Apartment guests can use bathrobes while enjoying the area.

* To ensure the highest comfort when using the relaxation area, please note that the sauna area (textile-free) is available to guests over 16 years old.

- The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.
