** Free tickets to the Immersive Art Show are granted for direct bookings made in August. Tickets can be collected upon arrival at the hotel reception or the tourist information point. Availability of the attraction depends on available dates at Querion - the Hypermedia Amusement Park.
- The hotel organizes guided mountain tours and walks around Karpacz (according to the schedule).
- In cooperation with Green Mountain travel agencies, it facilitates bus tour bookings for guests, including trips to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
- There is a Fitness Center in the hotel building.
- Green Mountain is a place with sports activities for adults.
- The Wellness Area is located in the 5* hotel building.
- Guests can use the swimming pool, recreational pool with massage stations, children's paddling pool with heated water, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
- The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
- Bathrobes are provided in the hotel rooms. Apartment guests can use bathrobes during their time in the area.
