** Free tickets to the Immersive Art Show are available for direct bookings. Tickets can be collected upon arrival at the hotel reception or the tourist information point. Access to attractions depends on availability of dates at Querion - the Hypermedia Amusement Park.
- The hotel organizes guided mountain hikes and walks around Karpacz (according to the schedule).
- In cooperation with travel agencies, Green Mountain organizes coach tours, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
- The hotel building features a Fitness Center.
- The Wellness Zone is located in the 5* hotel building.
- Guests can use the swimming pool, recreational pool with massage stations, children's paddling pool with heated water, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
- The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
- Bathrobes are provided in the hotel rooms. Apartment guests may use bathrobes during their time in the zone.
