- ENTRY TICKET* to the immersive hall in the Querion amusement park for the screening of “Palaces and Gardens of the Karkonosze” (duration approx. 15 min.) and unlimited access to the VR zone for each person, including free parking on the park premises.

* Free tickets to the Immersive Art Show are available for direct bookings. Tickets can be collected upon arrival at the hotel reception or the tourist information point. Access to attractions depends on availability at Querion - the Hypermedia Amusement Park.
- The hotel organizes guided mountain hikes and walks around Karpacz (according to the schedule).
- In cooperation with travel agencies, Green Mountain organizes coach trips, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
- There is a Fitness Center in the hotel building.
- The Wellness Area is located in the 5* hotel building.
- Guests can enjoy the swimming pool, recreational pool with massage stations, children's paddling pool with heated water, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
- The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
- Bathrobes are provided in the hotel rooms. Apartment guests have the option to use bathrobes during their time in the area.
