The offer includes:
- Accommodation in a spacious, modern 5* standard hotel room or in a family apartment.
- Rich Chef's breakfasts in a buffet style with prosecco served daily. Breakfasts are served in two shifts.
- Stay for two children up to 12 years old free of charge (including breakfast).
- Stay for a child up to 3 years old free of charge (in bed with parents).
- ENTRY TICKET* to the immersive room in the Querion amusement park for the screening “Palaces and Gardens of the Karkonosze” (duration about 15 min.) and unlimited access to the VR zone for each person, along with free parking on the park grounds.

* Free tickets to the Immersive Art Show are granted for direct bookings made in August. Tickets can be collected upon arrival at the hotel reception or the tourist information point. Use of the attractions depends on availability of dates at Querion - the Hypermedia Amusement Park.
- The hotel organizes guided mountain tours and walks around Karpacz (according to the schedule).
- In cooperation with travel agencies, Green Mountain organizes coach trips, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Bohemian Switzerland National Park.
- The hotel building houses a Fitness Center.
- Green Mountain is a place with sports activities for adults.
- The Wellness Area is located in the 5* hotel building.
- Guests can enjoy a swimming pool, a recreational pool with massage stations, a heated children's paddling pool, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
- The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
- Bathrobes are provided in the hotel rooms. Apartment guests may use bathrobes while using the area.

* To ensure maximum comfort while using the relaxation area, we inform that the sauna zone (textile-free) is available for guests over 16 years of age.

- The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional charge.
