Sports and entertainment

A bicycle rental service operates in the Green Mountain Hotel 5* during the cycling season.
A tourist information point is operated.
The resort organises guided mountain tours and walks in Karpacz.
In cooperation with travel agencies, Green Mountain organises bus excursions, including to Prague, Vienna and the Rock City.
There is a fitness centre in the hotel building.

Wellness & SPA

The Wellness area is located in the 5* hotel building.
Guests can enjoy a swimming pool, a leisure pool with massage stations, a heated children's paddling pool and 3 Jacuzzi tubs.
The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, dry saunas and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
Bathrobes are provided in the hotel rooms. Guests of the suites have the option of using bathrobes while using the zone.

* In order to ensure the greatest possible comfort while using the relaxation zone, we would like to inform you that the sauna zone (textile-free) is available for Guests over 16 years of age.

For children, there is a children's entertainment zone where they will find a playroom, a monkey grove and a playroom with games machines.
Green Mountain invites guests to a virtual adventure in the VR room.
Game fans are encouraged to use the XBOX One console.
The Green and Albero Italian restaurants serve children's menus.

Attractions and location

Green Mountain Hotel 5* and Green Apartments is located in Karpacz, at the foot of the Karkonosze Mountains, right by the trail leading to Śnieżka.
There are many cycling routes available around the area.
We encourage you to explore all the attractions.

Important information

Check-in starts at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day within the limits of availability for an additional charge.
The reception is open 24 hours a day.
Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
Air-conditioning is provided in the rooms of the 5* hotel.
It is possible to purchase a parking space - 40 PLN / day or a place in the underground garage - 60 PLN / day.
Tourist tax - 2,80 PLN/person/day.
Possibility to come with a pet: 80 zł/day for an animal.
VAT invoice - in order to receive a VAT invoice, please provide your tax identification number at the time of booking.
