• A Tourist Information Point is operated.
• The resort organizes mountain tours with a guide as well as walks around Karpacz.
• In cooperation with travel agencies, Green Mountain organizes bus tours, including trips to Prague, Vienna, and Rock City.
• There is a Fitness Center in the hotel building.

• The Wellness area is located in the 5* hotel building.
• Guests can use the swimming pool, recreation pool with massage stations, paddling pool for children with heated water, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
• The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, dry sauna, and steam bath with aromatherapy*.
• Bathrobes are provided in the hotel rooms. Guests of the apartments have the opportunity to use bathrobes while using the spa area.

* To ensure the highest level of comfort while using the relaxation area, we inform you that the sauna zone (textile-free) is available for Guests over the age of 16.

• Hotel day starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.
• The reception is open 24 hours a day.
• Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
• Rooms in the 5* hotel are equipped with air conditioning.
• Parking space available - 40 PLN / day.
