ENTRY TICKET* to the immersive hall in the Querion amusement park for the projection “Palaces and Gardens of the Karkonosze” (duration approximately 15 minutes) and unlimited access to the VR zone for each person, including free parking on the park grounds.

* Free tickets for the Immersive Art Show are available for direct bookings made in August. Tickets can be collected upon arrival at the hotel reception or tourist information point. The availability of attractions depends on the availability of dates at Querion - the Hypermedia Amusement Park.

The Wellness Area is located in the 5* hotel building.
Guests can use the swimming pool, recreational pool with massage stations, children's paddling pool with heated water, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
Bathrobes are provided in hotel rooms. Apartment guests may use bathrobes while using the area.
At Dr Irena Eris Beauty Partner, prior appointments for treatments are required. We encourage you to check the SPA MENU. Please book treatments in advance at spa@green-mountain.pl or 75 306 75 77.
