Scope of responsibilities:
- Taking orders, serving dishes according to orders.
- Waiter service during a la carte service and organized events.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the dining room, as well as the back office and common areas.
- Compliance with standards and procedures to ensure efficient, precise, and friendly service.
- Providing the highest quality service according to restaurant standards.
Requirements:

- Very good work organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as function in a team.

- Good knowledge of English/German and Polish

Floor service inspector
Scope of responsibilities:
Ensuring high-quality services of the Floor Service department through supervision and coordination of work according to the applicable procedures and Hotel standards, identifying and solving problems in a way that ensures guest and employee satisfaction, creating a positive image of the hotel.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position
- Providing the highest quality services delivered by the Floor Service Department
- Coordination of the work of the subordinate team
- Accuracy and attentiveness
- Ability to communicate with others and provide constructive feedback
- Scheduling work shifts
- Availability
- Room cleaning supervision
- Care for cleanliness in rooms as well as in the common areas of the facility
- Close cooperation with Reception and Technical Department regarding ongoing inspections, room equipment, and possible defects.

Scope of responsibilities:
- Preparing dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.

- Quality control of raw materials and prepared dishes.
- Monitoring compliance with HACCP principles.
- Collaboration with the kitchen team to efficiently fulfill orders.

Expectations:
- Experience in the position of cook, preferably in a hotel kitchen.
