Ski slopes are located at your fingertips - the nearest ski slope Relaks is only 1 km from the hotel. We guarantee shuttle bus service directly from the hotel to the center of Karpacz and the ski slopes.

The nearest ski lifts in the Czech Republic: Ski Areal Mala Upa, Janske Lazne, Pec pod Snezkou.

Sports and entertainment

At the Green Mountain Hotel 5* during the summer season, a bicycle rental service is available.
A Tourist Information Point is operated.
The resort organizes mountain trips with a guide and walks around Karpacz.
In cooperation with travel agencies, Green Mountain organizes bus trips, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
The hotel building houses a Fitness Center.

Wellness & SPA

The Wellness Zone is located in a 5* hotel building.
Guests can use the swimming pool, recreational pool with massage stations, a paddling pool for children with heated water, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, dry sauna, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
Bathrobes are provided in the hotel rooms. Apartment guests have the opportunity to use bathrobes while using the zone.

For the children, we have prepared a children's entertainment area, where they will find a playroom, monkey grove, and a playroom with arcade game machines.
The resort invites guests for a virtual adventure in the VR room.
Game fans are encouraged to use the XBOX One console.
The Green and Italian Albero restaurants serve a menu for children.

Green Mountain Hotel 5* and Green Apartments are located in Karpacz, at the foot of the Giant Mountains, right next to the trail leading to Śnieżka Mountain.

Important information

Hotel day starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. There is a possibility of extending the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.
The reception is open 24/7.
