On November Saturdays, our mountain hotel in Karpacz will turn into a literary stage for meetings with stars of Polish crime fiction. It is a unique opportunity to combine relaxation in the surroundings of the Karkonosze Mountains with exciting stories and conversations with bestselling novel authors.

Discover the behind-the-scenes of creating unique characters and the inspirations that guided them: Izabela Janiszewska, Robert Małecki, and Katarzyna Wolwowicz.

Izabela Janiszewska

The author of bestselling thrillers who masterfully combines fast-paced action with psychological depth. Creator of the utterly gripping series featuring Larysa Luboń and Brunon Wilczyński ("Scream, "Hysteria, "Frenzy, "Boiling Point"). Readers were also captivated by the dark tale "Unforgivable. One of the latest books, "In the Clutches" by Izabela Janiszewska, proved that she is not afraid of difficult and controversial topics. At the author event at Green Mountain (November 8, 2025), the author will arrive with her newest book, whose official release is scheduled for October 22.

Robert Malec

Master of suspense. He creates characters who stay in memory for a long time. One of them is Commissioner Bernard Gross, to whom the bestselling series ("Skaza", "Wada", "Zadra") is dedicated. In Robert Małecki's books, readers appreciate engaging, suspenseful plots. The writer will appear in Karpacz with his latest novel "Rumor", which sets new standards for the genre. Meeting him will be a great opportunity to hear the stories behind the creation of books that keep you awake. Guests will meet Robert Małecki on November 15, 2025.

Katarzyna Wolwowicz

A writer from Szklarska Poręba could not omit the Karkonosze Mountains in her crime novels. The series with Commissioner Olga Balicka ("Chaos", "Evil", "Hell") is an extraordinary consistency in character development. Katarzyna Wolwowicz is one of the most promising authors of Polish crime fiction. Through the series with Tymon Hanter, the writer shows a bold side, skillfully combining a crime plot with social themes.

On November 22, guests will meet Katarzyna Wolwowicz at Green Mountain, where she will talk about her work and the latest book "Traces of Faded Memories".

Detective Snow White on the trail of mysteries

In November, we invite the youngest to mysterious weekends in the world of Detective Snow White. During creative games, children will conduct their own investigations.

The Wellness zone is located in the 5* hotel building.
Guests can use the swimming pool, recreational pool with massage stations, a children's pool with heated water, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
Bathrobes are provided in hotel rooms. Apartment guests may use bathrobes while using the zone.
