• At Green Mountain Hotel 5* during the summer season, there is a bicycle rental service available.
• The hotel organizes mountain trips with a guide and walks around Karpacz (according to the schedule).
• In cooperation with travel agencies, Green Mountain organizes bus trips, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
• There is a Fitness Center in the hotel building.

• The Wellness Zone is located in the 5* hotel building.
• Guests can use the swimming pool, recreation pool with massage stations, paddling pool for children with heated water, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
• The relaxation zone is equipped with saunas: dry and steam bath with aromatherapy*.
• Bathrobes are provided in the hotel rooms. Apartment guests have the possibility to use bathrobes while using the zone.

* To ensure the greatest comfort while using the relaxation zone, we inform you that the sauna area (textile-free) is available for Guests over the age of 16.

• Hotel day starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.
• The reception is open 24 hours a day.
• Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
• Rooms in the 5* hotel are equipped with air conditioning.
• Possibility of purchasing a parking space - 40 PLN / day.
