• In the summer season, Green Mountain Hotel 5* operates a bicycle rental.
• There is a Tourist Information Point.
• The hotel organizes mountain hikes with a guide and walks around Karpacz (according to the schedule).
• In cooperation with travel agencies, Green Mountain organizes coach trips, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
• There is a Fitness Center in the hotel building.

• The Wellness area is located in the 5* hotel building.
• Guests can use the swimming pool, recreational pool with massage stations, children's paddling pool with heated water, and 3 jacuzzi baths.
• The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, dry sauna, and steam bath with aromatherapy*.
• Bathrobes are provided in hotel rooms. Apartment guests can use bathrobes while using the wellness area.

* To ensure maximum comfort while using the relaxation area, please note that the sauna zone (textile-free) is available to guests over 16 years of age.

• The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.
• The hotel adheres to the standards for the protection of minors.

• Rooms at the 5* hotel are equipped with air conditioning.
