THE OFFER INCLUDES:
- Accommodation in a comfortable 5* standard hotel room or in a spacious apartment with kitchenette.
- Stay for a child up to 3 years old FREE - in the parents' bed.
- Varied breakfasts with drinks, fruits, sweet pastries, and prosecco - including 2 holiday breakfasts on 25.12 and 26.12.2025. Breakfasts are served in two shifts, buffet style.

Dinner takes place in two shifts (detailed times to be announced soon). - ENTRY TICKET* to the immersive hall in the Querion amusement park for the screening “Palaces and Gardens of the Karkonosze” (duration approx. 15 min.) and unlimited access to the VR zone for each person, along with free parking on the park grounds.

* Free tickets to the Immersive Art Show are available for direct bookings. Tickets can be collected upon arrival at the hotel reception or tourist information point. Access to attractions depends on availability of dates at Querion - the Hypermedia Amusement Park.
- The hotel organizes guided mountain tours and walks around Karpacz (according to the schedule).
- In cooperation with Green Mountain travel agencies, it intermediates in booking coach tours for guests, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
- There is a Fitness Center in the hotel building.
- Green Mountain is a place with sports activities for adults.
- The Wellness area is located in the 5* hotel building.
- Guests can use the swimming pool, recreational pool with massage stations, children's pool with heated water, and 3 jacuzzis.
- The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
- Bathrobes are provided in the hotel rooms. Apartment guests can use bathrobes while using the zone.

* To ensure the greatest comfort while using the relaxation area, please note that the sauna area (textile-free) is available to guests over 16 years of age.
