• W Green Mountain Hotel 5* operates a bicycle rental during the summer season.
• A Tourist Information Point is run.
• The resort organizes mountain tours with a guide and walks around Karpacz.
• In cooperation with travel agencies, Green Mountain organizes coach trips, among others to Prague, Vienna and Rock City.
• The hotel building houses a Fitness Center.

• The Wellness Zone is located in a 5* hotel building.
• Guests can use the swimming pool, recreational pool with massage stations, children's paddling pool with heated water, and 3 jacuzzis.
• The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, dry and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
• Bathrobes are provided in the hotel rooms. Guests of the apartments have the opportunity to use bathrobes during the use of the zone.
• At Dr Irena Eris Beauty Partner, prior arrangement is necessary for treatments. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the SPA MENU. Please make a reservation in advance for treatments: spa@green-mountain.pl or 75 306 75 77.

• The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. There is a possibility of extending the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.
• The reception is open 24 hours a day.

• Possibility of buying a parking space - 40 PLN / day.
