• The hotel organizes guided mountain trips and walks around Karpacz (according to the schedule).
• In cooperation with the travel agencies Green Mountain, it organizes bus trips, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.

• The Wellness area is located in the 5-star hotel building.
• Guests can enjoy a swimming pool, a recreational pool with massage stations, a heated children's paddling pool, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
• The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
• Bathrobes are provided in hotel rooms. Guests in apartments have the option to use bathrobes while enjoying the area.

• The hotel stay begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel stay subject to availability for an additional fee.

• Parking space can be purchased for 40 PLN / per day.
