Enchanting landscapes of the Karkonosze Mountains and fun in the snow - at Green Mountain Hotel 5* and Green Apartments, we will take care of making winter an unforgettable family adventure in the Karkonosze. The youngest guests can look forward to extraordinary animations and workshops at the Green Mountain Academy of Magic. The offer is valid from 12.01 to 25.02.2024.

Sports and entertainment

In summer season, W Green Mountain Hotel 5* operates a bicycle rental service.
A Tourist Information Point is available.
The resort organizes mountain tours with a guide as well as walks around Karpacz.
In cooperation with travel agencies, Green Mountain organizes coach tours, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
The hotel building houses a Fitness Center.

Wellness & SPA

The Wellness zone is located in the 5* hotel building.
Guests can use the swimming pool, recreation pool with massage stations, paddling pool for children with heated water, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
Bathrobes are provided in hotel rooms. Apartment guests have the opportunity to use bathrobes while using the zone.

* To ensure the utmost comfort while using the relaxation zone, we inform you that the sauna area (textile-free) is available for guests over 16 years of age.

For children, we have prepared a kids' entertainment zone, which includes a playroom, a monkey grove, and a playroom with game machines.
The resort invites guests for a virtual adventure in the VR room.
Game enthusiasts are encouraged to use the XBOX One console.
The Green and Italian Albero restaurants offer a menu for children.

Green Mountain Hotel 5* and Green Apartments are located in Karpacz, at the foot of the Giant Mountains, right next to the trail leading to Śnieżka.
There are many cycling routes available in the vicinity.
We encourage you to discover all the attractions.

Important information

Hotel day starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.
The reception is open 24 hours a day.
Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
Rooms in the 5* hotel are equipped with air conditioning.
Possibility to purchase a parking space - 40 PLN / day.
